License Agreement

1. License Grant

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("Licensee") and Webdeva, operating as MangaReader Pro ("Licensor"). By purchasing and/or using MangaReader Pro, you agree to the terms of this agreement.

The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use MangaReader Pro subject to the terms and restrictions of this agreement and the specific license tier purchased.

2. Permitted Use

You are permitted to:

• Install and operate MangaReader Pro on the number of production domains specified by your license tier
• Install additional copies on local/staging environments for development and testing purposes
• Modify the source code to suit your needs (modifications are for your use only)
• Use MangaReader Pro for personal, commercial, or client projects
• Create derivative works based on MangaReader Pro for your own use

3. Restrictions

You are NOT permitted to:

• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share MangaReader Pro source code in any form
• Include MangaReader Pro (or portions thereof) in another product offered for sale
• Share your license key, download credentials, or product files with any third party
• Remove, modify, or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or marks
• Use MangaReader Pro to build a product that directly competes with it
• Allow multiple individuals or organizations to use a single license

4. Domain Registration

Each license must be registered to the domain(s) where it will be used. Domain registration can be managed through your account dashboard. Domains can be changed at any time.

• Starter: 1 production domain + unlimited localhost/staging
• Pro: Up to 5 production domains + unlimited localhost/staging
• Business: Unlimited production domains + unlimited localhost/staging

5. Updates & Support

Your entitlement to updates and support depends on your license tier. After your update period expires, you may continue to use the last version you downloaded indefinitely. Additional update access may be purchased as a renewal.

6. Ownership

MangaReader Pro is licensed, not sold. The Licensor retains all intellectual property rights in the software. This license does not grant you ownership of the software or any patent, copyright, trade secret, or trademark rights.

7. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of MangaReader Pro and certify their destruction if requested.

We reserve the right to revoke a license if we determine it is being used in violation of these terms, after providing reasonable notice and an opportunity to cure the violation.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
