At Webdeva ("we", "us", "our"), operating as MangaReader Pro, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all license purchases. If you are not satisfied with MangaReader Pro for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days from the date of purchase.

2. Eligibility for Refund

You are eligible for a refund if:

• Your refund request is made within 14 days of the original purchase date
• The product does not function as described and we are unable to resolve the issue
• You have not violated the terms of the License Agreement

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

2. Include Your Details: Please provide your order number, the email address used for purchase, and the reason for the refund.
3. Await Confirmation: Our team will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days.

4. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Paddle
• You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed
• Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement

5. After a Refund

Once a refund is issued:

• Your license key will be deactivated immediately
• You must remove all copies of MangaReader Pro from your servers and local machines
• Your access to customer support, updates, and documentation will be revoked
• Any installations remaining after refund constitute a violation of our Terms of Service

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may be denied in the following cases:

• The refund request is made after 14 days from the purchase date
• The product has been used to build a live, publicly accessible website that remains operational
• The buyer has violated the License Agreement (e.g., redistribution, resale)
• The issue is caused by third-party software, plugins, or server misconfiguration not related to MangaReader Pro
• A chargeback or payment dispute has already been filed with the payment provider

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and fairly.

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in:

• Immediate revocation of all licenses associated with your account
• Being banned from future purchases
• Additional fees or penalties as permitted by applicable law

8. License Upgrades

If you upgrade your license (e.g., from Starter to Pro), the price difference is non-refundable after the upgrade has been applied. You may still request a full refund of the original purchase within the 30-day window, which will also revoke the upgrade.

9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to your transaction.
